Francesca Carta is an Economist at the Directorate General for Economics, Statistics and Research of the Bank of Italy and a Research Affiliate at the Dondena Gender Initiative at Bocconi University. She holds a PhD in Economics from Toulouse School of Economics. Her research interests lie in the fields of labour and public economics. She published her research on journals such as the Journal of Public Economics.
