Carlos Villalobos is an Assistant Professor at the Facultad de Economía y Negocios at the University of Talca. He is affiliated at the Ibero-America Institute for Economic Research at the University of Göttingen in Germany. He has served as a senior consultant for the World Bank, The European Commission, IADB, USAID (United States), DFID (United Kingdom), UNDP, UNICEF, and many governments. His research focuses on Poverty Analysis, Income Inequality, and Health Economics.
