I completed a Ph.D. in Economics at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2018, focusing my dissertation on talent allocation in Brazil and India. Afterward, I held a post-doctoral position at Nazarbayev University before becoming an Assistant Professor at the University of Warsaw in 2022, with expertise in human capital, macroeconomics, labor economics, and inequality. I have published multiple papers in top economics journals and am aiming to further contribute to both theoretical and empirical work. My research not only addresses fundamental economic issues but also explores social inequalities and development, particularly in emerging economies. In addition to my research, I have taught three master's level courses, for which I was nominated for a teaching award in 2022, emphasizing innovative teaching methods to engage students.
