I am presently serving as Assistant Professor, School of Law, Bennett

University, Greater Noida, India. As Assistant Professor, she has also served in Sharda University,

Greater Noida, India from 2020-2021 and Presidency University, Bengaluru from 2019-2020. Before

that she has worked as Senior Programme Coordinator and Data Analyst in Public Health

Resource Society. Apart from this, I have worked as Guest lecturer in various colleges of

University of Calcutta and University of Delhi and was also served as Research Associate in

Ministry of Commerce and Industry. I am actively involved in various Consultancy works

and research projects over last 6 years with organizations like Public Health Resource

Society, Mobile Creches, Revitalising Rainfed Agriculture Network, VV Giri National

Labour Institute, etc.

I have a doctoral degree in Economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University and has been

working in the field of labour employment and gender aspects for more than 11 years. She has also published few articles in

peer reviewed journals of repute and written a book chapter with renowned publishing house.
