Draft: April 21, 2026; 10:10 pm CET Bonn
For more general information and instructions see the Call for Papers. (Applications are closed.)
International Participants Only
(These instructions are for participants based outside mainland China only.)
Please make your travel & visa arrangements as soon as possible!
Participants must cover their travel and accommodation expenses. The fee per presented paper is € 500 for international participants (€ 250 for students and participants from low-middle income economies, following the World Bank definition) as was announced in the Call for Papers.
Pay as instructed below. If you claim the reduced fee as a student when not based in low-middle income economies, you need to first provide proper documents from your department or university to conference@glabor.org.
Please pay as soon as you have obtained your visa and booked your flight, and no later than 24 June 2026. If payment is not received by that date, we will remove you from the program. Please note the registration fee cannot be refunded for non‑attendance.
a. Payment with credit cards (fill the form below)
Note that to provide highest security, this form uses the established financial service company Stripe for the financial transfer. In the process, you have to provide as usual authentication.
If you wish to choose the established and safe Link by Stripe authentication (more information), please use the option offered in the process to provide your cellphone number. You will then receive by SMS a temporary code you have to enter in the further transfer process. Neither does this come with any cost for you nor does the glabor.org page records your phone number.
IMPORTANT WHEN USING THE CARD OPTION:
- The forms were well tested and they work normally for most countries in the world. You will get immediate confirmation on the screen and by an email (check your Spam if not).
- If you make mistakes, there will be suggestions in red on the screen.
- Your bank may want you to confirm the transfer or do not want to provide Euros.
- While transfers work in general well, some colleagues have reported to get “Please wait….” for longer with no answer. There might be a pop-up/ad-blocker problem. The following methods may help:
– Using a smartphone instead often helps. (Try that first, if you experience a problem.)
– Use Chrome or Edge instead of Firefox.
– Do not operate your device in a university or firm network.
– Use incognito/private mode – this disables extensions and uses fresh cache
– Clear browser cache – do a hard refresh (Ctrl+F5 or Cmd+Shift+R) or clear cache directly
– Disable browser extensions – particularly ad blockers and privacy extensions - In case of problems, please report to conference@glabor.org
NOTE: The fee per presented paper is € 500 for international participants (€ 250 for students and participants from low-middle income economies, following the World Bank definition).
