My research lies at the intersection of labor economics, economic history, and development economics. My research explores how intergenerational mobility and other socioeconomic outcomes differ across demographic groups (e.g., race, gender, caste), with a focus on identifying tools and policies that can help overcome these challenges and reduce inequality.
