E. Sari, who completed his PhD in health economics at UiT the Arctic University of Norway, focuses on investigating the complex relationships between health, risky health behaviors, and economic influences across different generations. His thesis, "Grandparents matter: Multigenerational transmission of health and health behaviors," embodies his approach to integrating insights from health economics, sociology, and psychology. During his PhD, Sari visited the School of Business and Economics at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
