Hugo Reis is a research economist at the Economics and Research Department of the Banco de Portugal and assistant professor (adjunct) at Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics. He completed his PhD in Economics at University College London, UK. His research interests include Human Capital, Economics of Education, Microeconometrics, Program Evaluation, Labour Economics and Development Economics. He has published peer-reviewed articles in internationally renowned scientific journals, including the International Economic Review and Labour Economics.
