I work in the areas of health economics, labor economics, and public economics, though my research focuses primarily on children and young adults. In addition to being a fellow with GLO, I am a Professor of Economics at Texas A&M University, a Research Associate at NBER, a Research Fellow at IZA, Co-Editor at Economic Inquiry, and Associate Editor at Journal of Population Economics.
