Katerina is a Senior Lecturer in Employment Law at Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge (UK). She holds a PhD in Human Resource Management, a Master of Laws in International Commercial Law,

a Master of Science in Research Methods for Business and Management and a Bachelor of Laws. Her professional knowledge and research interests are in workplace discrimination, effective access to justice, employment tribunal representation, gender identity and online dispute resolution.
