Matteo Picchio (1979) received a Ph.D. in Economics from Marche Polytechnic University (Ancona, Italy) in 2007 and a second Ph.D. in Economics at the Université catholique de Louvain in 2009.
He is Full Professor in Economics at Marche Polytechnic University.
His research interests include labor economics, economics of education, health economics, economics of ageing and microeconometrics.
He is currently an Associate Editor of Journal of Economic Behavior & Organization.
