Anna is an Associate Professor in Management, specialising in work sociology and organisational psychology. Her work addresses fair practices within the neoliberal economy, exploring issues of work and education inequalities, migration and diaspora, gender dynamics, and the impact of AI on future work environments. Anna is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, an Academic Member of the CIPD and a Fellow in Global Labor Organization.
